By downloading, installing, or using WellVoye ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App. These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and Madhusudan Bansal, doing business as InSynapse ("we", "us", "our").

The wellness coaching, insights, and recommendations provided by the App, including those generated by AI, are for general informational and motivational purposes only. You should not rely on the App as a substitute for professional medical advice. If you have or suspect you have a medical condition, please contact your healthcare provider immediately. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you read or received through WellVoye.

WellVoye offers both free and premium features. Free features include access to select Voyages, basic daily missions, and core wellness tracking. Premium features, accessible via subscription, include:
Premium subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store. By subscribing, you agree to Apple's terms for in-app purchases. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings.
Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with their App Store policies. We do not process refunds directly.

The WellVoye name, logo, and associated branding are trademarks of InSynapse. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that:
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, InSynapse and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, health outcomes, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the App. Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless InSynapse and its developer from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at our discretion if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the App or via email. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
